QTS announced a transformative investment in Blakely, Georgia and Early County that reflects our long-term commitment to the communities we call home.

QTS’s closed-loop cooling system only requires a one-time water fill to support data center operations. Unlike evaporative cooling systems, it recirculates the same water within the system, eliminating ongoing water demand for the purpose of cooling.

Looking back on 2025, we are energized by what our teams delivered for our people, our communities and the planet. We achieved 100% utilization of carbon-free operational electricity, cut water usage effectiveness 46% year over year across our owned, operational portfolio, and invested $9.7 million in more than 400 charitable organizations — proof that how we build matters as much as what we build.
