In line with our core value of “Family, Faith and Community,” we engage in a wide range of volunteer opportunities, community outreach and partnerships to help others in need — in the U.S. and around the globe. We give our time, our talent and our treasure to the missions that matter most.
Every QTS employee gets four paid days a year to volunteer — site-based and company-wide.
We offer volunteer opportunities all year long, in every community where we live and work.
We invest our talent — real estate and technology services — in the nonprofits we partner with.
Our Matching Gifts Program amplifies employees’ personal donations to eligible nonprofits.
In 2025, QTS donated over $9.7 million in charitable contributions to nonprofit partners.
We focus on veterans, young people, families, people facing poverty, and a diverse STEM talent pipeline.
We share our success with programs that uplift communities and make a real impact — and as QTS grows, so does our giving.
With the commissioning of every new data center, we deepen our support for a select group of partners working on the ground — investing our time, talent and treasure in their missions.
QTS partners with the U.S. Dream Academy to help young people build the skills, character and hope they need to reach their full potential.
With every new data center we commission, we fund children’s participation in Leaven Kids’ annual programs. In our inaugural quarter, we sponsored seven children — one for each of the seven data centers commissioned in 2023.
A tree planted every month for every 100 kW a customer signs with us — combating deforestation and promoting biodiversity through global planting and restoration.
Our partnership with World Vision provides clean water and water points to communities in the developing world. For every 100 kW that is contracted and for the life of each customer contract, QTS donates to World Vision to help support their mission.
