We prioritize investing in technology that reduces our impact on natural resources. Where others may see expenses, we see benefits that matter to our world.
An example of this prioritization is our decision nearly a decade ago to implement closed-loop cooling in our buildings. This closed-loop system continually recirculates the same water instead of continuously drawing new water from local supplies. While this technology was neither easy nor inexpensive to adopt, we knew it was the right thing to be a sustainable partner for communities. Because we believe that the investments we make today will pay off for generations to come.
Our Approach to Energy
Energy plays a critical role in our business, but it should not increase your energy bill. That means paying 100% of our energy costs and investing in grid upgrades that benefit all of us. We believe that being a good neighbor means taking responsibility for our own footprint and our goal is to grow right alongside the community while keeping daily life running smoothly for everyone.
