We are solving complex challenges at scale, but we are doing it with talented teams who care deeply about operational excellence, customer experience, and supporting one another. It is exciting to be part of a company that is growing quickly while still staying focused on doing things the right way.
My advice would be to come into the industry with curiosity, humility, and a willingness to learn. The data center industry offers opportunities across many disciplines, including operations, federal, engineering, development, EHS, security, sales, finance, and customer support. There are many paths to building a meaningful career at QTS.
It is also important to understand that success in this industry is built on consistency, teamwork, and accountability. Technical skills matter, but so do communication, discipline, and the ability to innovate beyond our past success.
